O God our Creator, allow our prayers to soar up to
you like a kite in ight. We ask you to watch over our families and our church. As we begin a new year keep us mindful of the gifts you have given us. Help us to take our goals seriously and work hard to achieve them. We ask this through your Son, Jesus.
