As you were immersed in the water or felt it flowing over your head, what were you
feeling or thinking?
Look back in your journal at what you wrote or drew about water on pages 19 and 24.
How do you bring refreshment and cleansing to other people? Do you sometimes help with the laundry or water the plants? Do you make lemonade for younger children? Do you offer your friend a cold drink after a hot bike ride? Draw or write about one way you will be like water for thirsty people.
