Peter and Paul were followers of Jesus. Peter was one of the Apostles. Jesus chose him to be the leader of the Church. He was the first Pope. Paul helped God’s family, the Church, grow by telling people about Jesus. He wrote letters to teach people how to follow the way of Jesus.
