steps one and two for several weeks before adding step three and then step four. choosing the right scripture passage is very important. choose one that is familiar to your students and age-level appropriate. you may prefer to use a children’s bible. in the beginning, try to get them to “meditate” for 10 minutes. by the end of the year, see if they can meditate for thirty minutes.
