Dear Parent,
We learned how
to pray “Praise Prayers.” Praise Prayers are simply ways for us to “Cheer God” on!! For example, I might pray “WOW, God, that was a fantastic amount of snow
you sent in our last snowstorm.”
“What a beautiful sunset—the colors are so pretty.” Many cheerleaders use megaphones to get the crowd engaged in cheering their team on. Here is
a template of a megaphone. Please take time this week to write a family praise prayer on
the megaphone. If your child would like to bring the megaphone to class next week, please let him or her do so. We love to share our prayers with each other.
