SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Shipping charges are added to all billed orders. On prepaid orders, add 15% of the total or a minimum of $4.85.
- Provide a street address, rather than a P.O. Box, for FedEx service.
- Most in-stock items are delivered in 7-10 business days after receipt of your order. If you require priority shipping, you must provide authorization for the additional charges.
- Pflaum Gospel Weeklies, Catechist, and Today’s Catholic Teacher are dated products mailed through the U.S. Postal Service. Your order will be entered for the next available issue. Call customer service or your sales rep for specific scheduling details.
PAYMENTS AND RETURNS
- Payments are due 30 days from invoice date. Include a copy of your invoice. All payments should be made in U.S. dollars.
- Dated and reproducible items are non-returnable. All other returns require prior authorization, within 30 days of invoice date. Call customer service at 1.800.543.4383, ext. 1184.
- Pflaum Gospel Weeklies Faith Formation Program Policy: Notify us by October 12th with your final student enrollment. Then return ONLY the Catechism handbooks—What the Church Believes and Teaches or Mi fe católica. The Catechism handbooks must be received in our warehouse no later than November 16th to ensure proper credit. Return using a trackable method.
